Pupils from across the our Trust enjoyed an exceptional shared experience this term as Cyril Jackson, Sir William Burrough and St Pauls Way Primary came together to attend the Lady Mayor Show.

This memorable day out was made possible through the generosity and continued support of our partners, The Drapers Company, whose commitment to enriching the lives of our pupils remains invaluable.

The children from all three schools were given a prime position to watch the parade, allowing them to witness the full spectacle of this historic celebration. With vibrant performances, ceremonial displays and an atmosphere filled with excitement, the event offered a unique cultural moment that many pupils were experiencing for the first time.

Following the parade, all pupils were warmly welcomed into the magnificent Drapers Hall for a special lunch. The sense of occasion and grandeur created an unforgettable experience, one that opened their eyes to the heritage and traditions of the City of London. The afternoon continued with a lively magic show, filling the hall with laughter, amazement and a shared sense of joy among pupils from across the Trust.

Days like this illustrate the power of partnership and the profound impact of collective experiences. Bringing our schools together not only strengthens relationships across our Trust community but also enriches the learning journeys of our pupils beyond the classroom. We are deeply grateful to The Drapers Company for their extraordinary hospitality, generosity and long standing collaboration with our schools.

This visit reflects the heart of our mission to provide transformational education for every learner. By offering opportunities that broaden horizons, build confidence and inspire curiosity, we showcase our vision that collaboration breeds transformation.

The day also strongly aligns with our value of empowering communities, as shared experiences like this help our pupils develop the skills, confidence and connections to thrive in an ever changing world.

Thank you to Drapers for this amazing opportunity our young learners will carry with them for a lifetime.
