We are proud to celebrate the recent Attendance and Behaviour Hub meeting hosted at St Pauls Way School. This important event marks a significant step in our shared commitment to supporting schools across the country through the Department for Education’s national RISE programme.

The work of St Pauls Way School, recognised for its strong record of high attendance and positive behaviour, provides an excellent model for schools seeking to strengthen outcomes for their students.

The launch event brought together guests from a wide range of schools who spent the day exploring the practices that contribute to the success of the St Pauls Way community.

Visitors were able to observe school routines, visit lessons and take part in focus groups that highlighted the purposeful and inclusive culture created by staff and students.

They examined the systems that encourage regular attendance and positive behaviour, as well as the important work of the pastoral team who offer tailored support for students and their families.

Another key aspect of the day was an insight into how staff use data to track trends, identify barriers and plan early interventions that ensure every student receives the support they need. This strategic approach allows the school to maintain high standards while continuing to refine practice in response to student need.

As a trust, we are proud to see colleagues sharing their expertise and working collaboratively with local schools. The event demonstrated the power of partnership and the positive impact that open practice can have on student success.
